His background includes motors, MWD, RSS technology, multi-well pads, S-wells, and extended laterals, with direct involvement in BHA design, tool troubleshooting, and real-time drilling decisions. Scott founded Denali Energy Services to provide operators with technically sound drilling solutions, responsive leadership, and consistent execution from planning through TD.

Bob has over 30 years of experience supporting drilling operations across major U.S. basins, including Alaska, Wyoming, North Dakota, Utah, Colorado, and California. His work has included opening new territories, rebuilding underperforming districts, and supporting operators through drilling campaigns involving whipstocks, reamers, jars, and specialty BHA components. At Denali, Bob leads strategic accounts and regional growth initiatives, working directly with customers on tool selection, deployment planning, and long-term operational support.

Ross brings more than 20 years of experience working alongside operators in drilling, inspection, and field service environments. He has helped establish new regional operations, supported multi-state field teams, and contributed to drilling programs exceeding 1,000 inspected and serviced wells across active U.S. basins. At Denali, Ross focuses on client development and regional expansion, ensuring customers receive consistent communication, practical solutions, and dependable field support throughout their drilling programs.
